The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has shared stunning images of a celestial object located 160,000 light-years away from us.
According to NDTV on December 11, these images were captured by NASA of a globular cluster that is 100 million years old.
NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope recently photographed an unusual globular cluster.
The images reveal thousands of twinkling stars from the universe, at a distance of 160,000 light-years.

According to NASA’s press release, different filters were used to study the various wavelengths of light emitted by this globular cluster.
NASA stated that the globular cluster is located within the “Large Magellanic Cloud”, a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way. It is a dense collection of stars bound together by mutual gravitational forces. Unlike most globular clusters, these stars are relatively young.
Additionally, NASA explained that by using data from Hubble to study such clusters, astronomers can gain a better understanding of the processes involved in star formation.
