After launching the program, right-click on the familiar clock icon and select Main Dialog. A dialog box will appear.
In this dialog box, on the left pane, select Options to set various parameters (on the right pane) such as: Show seconds, Use 12-hour format, Show date, Blinking time separator, etc.
Next, click on Select Skin in the left pane. The right pane will list the available skins provided by the program. Simply click on a skin from the list and observe the change in the system tray. Check Use transparent background if you prefer a transparent background. Once you find a skin you like, click OK to apply that template.
