Cold air is expected to impact the northern weather starting around January 10th, but will only bring brief cold spells accompanied by rain. Other regions across the country will generally experience dry and sunny weather throughout the week.
On January 8th, the weather in the North remains largely unchanged compared to previous days. Fog continues to appear during the night and early morning, along with scattered rain. The temperature in the lowland areas fluctuates between 21-27 degrees Celsius, not too cold.
The temperature map from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting indicates that around January 10th, the North may experience a drop in temperature due to the influence of cold air.
According to Accuweather, the temperature in Hanoi is expected to range from 16-19 degrees Celsius by mid-next week, with deep cold during the night and early morning. Notably, this cold air event is expected to bring thunderstorms to the region continuously from January 10th to 13th.
This week, the weather in the Central Region, Central Highlands, and Southern Region will not see significant fluctuations. Most areas will experience sunny days, with some occasional light rain, but the amounts will be negligible.
