From tonight to tomorrow night, the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue will see moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain, averaging 50-100mm, and localized spots exceeding 150mm. From September 9, heavy rain is expected to gradually decrease.
From early tomorrow morning (September 8) until September 9, the lowland, midland, and coastal areas of Northern Vietnam, including Hoa Binh and North Central Vietnam, will experience moderate to heavy rain, with some areas receiving very heavy rain, averaging 50-100mm, and localized spots exceeding 120mm.

In Hanoi, rainfall is expected to be between 40-70mm, with some areas exceeding 100mm.
Heavy rain in the Northern and North Central regions may last until around September 12.
During thunderstorms, there is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. There is a high risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous provinces, as well as flooding in low-lying areas.
