PowerPoint is widely used to create presentation files for teaching, work, product introductions, and more. Therefore, you can use the NXPowerLite program to optimize your PowerPoint files. 
NXPowerLite will help you optimize the documents and images embedded in your PowerPoint file. As a result, the size of your PowerPoint file will be significantly reduced while maintaining quality.
The interface of NXPowerLite is very simple, so you will find it easy to become proficient with this program. When you need to optimize PowerPoint files, launch the NXPowerLite program. Next, click the “Browse…” button in the “Presentation to optimize” box to select the PowerPoint file you want to reduce in size.
Next, click the “Browse…” button in the “Save optimized presentation as” box to choose where to save the PowerPoint file after it has been optimized. If you need to adjust the compression level to suit specific needs, click the “Change” button in the “Settings” section, then select the new compression standard in the “Compression mode” box and press the “OK” button.
