Surveillance cameras at a residential home in southern India captured the moment a brave dog escaped the sharp jaws of a wild leopard.

The brave hunting dog fiercely resisted.

The incident occurred on March 26, at a home in the rural area of Karnataka, southern India.

In the footage, a leopard entered the yard of a residential home. Upon spotting a dog named Lucky, it immediately charged and attempted to pounce on its prey. However, the courageous dog fiercely resisted and barked continuously until its owner noticed and chased the leopard away.

According to Manje Gowda, the dog’s owner, Lucky sustained only minor injuries from the attack and has been treated by a local veterinarian.
