After months of improvements, the aircraft known as “Bùi Hiển,” created by Mr. Bùi Hiển (63 years old, residing in Bình Dương Province), is now ready to take to the skies. However, due to the lack of an official permit, he can only start the engine and leave it idle for now, but he plans to conduct a test flight within the confines of a warehouse soon.
In an interview, Mr. Hiển affirmed that this aircraft is his smoothest and most perfect creation to date. Currently, he can only start the engine to check the propeller’s rotation at approximately 200 revolutions per minute. When he takes “Bùi Hiển” into the warehouse for a test flight, he intends to throttle the engine to achieve a propeller speed of at least 360 revolutions per minute.
