The Skype version for Mac OS X 1.5 has been redesigned to integrate more seamlessly with the Mac address book, as well as with Microsoft Entourage – the email client from the Office suite (Mac version).
Other enhancements include improved dialing through a list of country names, eliminating the need to remember country codes; resizable chat windows; and support for additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, and Chinese.
Skype 1.5 can run on PowerPC machines or Macs equipped with Intel chips with Mac OS X version 10.3.9 or later. The beta version of Skype 1.5 for Mac can be downloaded from the Skype website.
