Once upon a time, there was a teacher who taught at the home of a widow. Whenever it was mealtime, she would always serve him a bowl of rice with a few eggplants.
One day, a fierce storm raged, with thunder and lightning crashing all around. The widow was trembling in fear, while the teacher remained calm and composed.
Finding it odd, she asked him:
– Aren’t you afraid of the lightning?
The teacher replied nonchalantly:
– I am not afraid of the “LIGHTNING OF HEAVEN,” but I do fear the “LIGHTNING OF YOU.” Because every day you give me three servings, I might just starve to death!
