Skin darkening is a common concern for many women, especially those who have recently given birth or spend a lot of time in the sun. Certain herbal masks made from tomatoes, bitter melons, chicken eggs, cucumbers, and more can help alleviate this issue.

Tomato |
Use 1 tomato, 1 bitter melon, and 1 chicken egg. Clean the tomato, remove the seeds, chop it finely, and mash it. Clean the bitter melon, remove the seeds, and crush it. Combine everything with both the yolk and the white of the chicken egg, mixing and beating until smooth.
In the evening, before going to bed, wash your face thoroughly, pat it dry, and then gently apply some rose water. After that, apply the mixture to your face. Once it dries, it will form a mask. After 1 hour, peel it off and wash your face clean before sleeping. Benefits: Helps prevent skin darkening and roughness.
Cucumbers, Young Gourds
Take 1 fresh cucumber and 1 young gourd of similar size to the cucumber. Clean them both, keeping the skin and seeds, chop them finely, crush them, and extract the juice. Store the juice in the refrigerator for use throughout the day, 2-3 times.
After washing your face as mentioned above, apply the cucumber and gourd juice to your face. After 30 minutes, rinse your face with cold water. Benefits: Helps smooth the skin and eliminate darkening.
Aloe Vera, Rice Water
Use 1 part fresh aloe vera and 1 part rice water. Let the rice water settle for about 10 minutes, then discard the clear water on top. Peel one side of the aloe vera leaf and use a teaspoon to scrape out the gel to match the amount of rice water, then mix the two together thoroughly.
Before going to sleep, wash your face clean and apply this gel mixture to your face. In the morning, wash it off. Benefits: Treats acne, freckles, and dark spots.
