The glacier waterfall at Brasvellbreen, Norway, is one of the largest glacier waterfalls in the world that any explorer would dream of conquering.

Driven by the desire to push the limits of kayaking, his favorite sport, Anio Serrasolses did not hesitate to navigate through rapids and tunnels on the glacier river before plunging down the glacier waterfall.
“One of the things that excites and amazes me the most is the feeling of hovering above the water. You can see right to the bottom of the river, with its movements and shapes, while being in your completely transparent kayak. You can look down and see everything. It’s unbelievable. It’s like kayaking on another planet.”
To reach the waterfall, Anio Serrasolses and his expedition team had to climb a glacier using a ladder and then walk 11 meters to reach the glacier river, crossing streams and crevasses along the way.
As the first person in the world to complete this dangerous journey by kayak, Anio Serrasolses named the waterfall “Phillips Ladder” as a tribute to his expedition team.
