Deep Optics has recently developed the 32 Degrees North – an advanced adaptive eyewear that functions both as stylish sunglasses and reading glasses.
According to Oddity Central, liquid crystal lenses have been around since 2017, but it is only recently that Deep Optics has utilized this revolutionary invention to create a highly useful pair of glasses.

The adaptability of these glasses allows the wearer to adjust the lenses according to their needs with just a light swipe. If the user wants the device to function as fashionable sunglasses, they simply swipe the right temple back. To switch to reading mode, they just swipe it again.
The lenses can change from 0 to 2.5 diopters and come with a built-in battery that provides up to 48 hours of power.
“Deep Optics’ proprietary technology flexibly addresses vision impairment using liquid lenses. The lenses function like the human eye, allowing wearers to see what they want depending on their purpose. Deep Optics has managed to keep the weight minimal for a more natural look,” explains the Deep Optics website.
With a price tag of 849 USD, the 32 Degrees North glasses may not be considered cheap, but they provide a practical solution for users who no longer need to carry two pairs of glasses.
With the 32 Degrees North sunglasses, users can gaze at the horizon and then easily check their messages. They can enjoy the scenery, swipe, and continue reading seamlessly.
“Mimicking the way the human eye works, the 32 Degrees North glasses allow wearers to see everything they wish to,” states Deep Optics.
Historically, the eyewear industry has not been the most innovative, but this adaptive eyewear represents a giant leap forward.
