A fisherman in Western Australia recently captured a remarkable moment showing a 2.5-meter tiger shark nearly getting stranded while attempting to catch a turtle.
The footage was shared by Ruth Gaw on Facebook and quickly attracted the attention of the online community.
In the video, the tiger shark swiftly swims toward the shore, while the turtle takes advantage of its agility to dart onto the sand. Fortunately, the turtle managed to escape just in time, while the shark nearly beached itself before plunging back into the water.
This event took place at Monkey Mia, a popular tourist destination known for its pristine white sandy beaches and diverse marine life.
