Although there is no direct cultural or historical connection, the appearance of pyramids around the world is the result of a unique convergence of geographical factors, beliefs, and construction techniques specific to each region.
When we think of pyramids, we often immediately think of the pyramids of Egypt. In the minds of many, pyramids have become a symbol of Egypt. Notably, the Great Pyramid of Khufu alongside the Great Sphinx has become a landmark architectural achievement of pyramids.
However, what many people do not know is that pyramids do not only exist in Egypt. From the Maya in America to Mount Kailash in China, and Borobudur in Indonesia, pyramids are found across various cultures. Even at the dark depths of the ocean, many gigantic pyramid structures have been discovered, some of which are even larger than the Great Pyramid of Khufu. The existence of these underwater pyramids has sparked speculation about the remnants of Atlantis.
Yet, one fact remains: the shapes of pyramids around the world are not entirely the same, and they do not appear to originate from the same civilization. This raises an intriguing question: why are pyramids so widespread when they are not connected to each other?
Pyramids do not only exist in Egypt.
Pyramids are not only symbols of human intelligence but also carry extensive functions and meanings. In different civilizations and eras, the roles and symbolic meanings of pyramids vary.
In ancient Egypt, pyramids were not only tombs for Pharaohs but also symbols of their power and dominance. These magnificent structures were built not just to honor the deceased king but also to assert their control over the people. Each stone of the pyramid reaffirmed the power of the Pharaoh.
In the Maya civilization, pyramids were seen as places for religious ceremonies and sacrifices. The Maya believed that through offering sacrifices and conducting rituals to the gods, they could receive protection and blessings. Thus, the pyramids of the Maya became a pathway between humans and gods, embodying the respect and reverence the Maya held for the cosmic order and the powers of the deities.
However, these explanations do not encompass all the uses of pyramids. The fact is that no clear burial sites or ritual remains have been found within many other pyramids, indicating that they may have served different functions.
In ancient Egypt, pyramids symbolize the power and dominance of Pharaohs.
In 1999, a group of Russian scientific explorers inadvertently revealed a shocking secret. Their purpose was to conduct an investigation at Mount Kailash, but they unexpectedly discovered that the seemingly ordinary peaks were actually hundreds of artificially constructed pyramids.
Unlike other pyramids, these pyramids resemble a gigantic mirror. But this discovery was just the tip of the iceberg. As the explorers delved deeper, they uncovered more secrets behind these pyramids. When the mirror reflected an object, time became distorted, as if the mirror were a mysterious time machine. This could be the hidden secret within these mirror-like pyramids. Throughout previous exploration history, there have been numerous instances of explorers aging rapidly and dying after climbing to the summit of Kailash.
The shapes of pyramids around the world are not entirely the same.
In 1987, an expedition team was determined to ascend Mount Kailash. At that time, climbing to the summit of Kailash was not officially prohibited, so they sought a way to the peak. However, before their ascent, local residents warned the explorers not to stray from the designated path, as getting lost would have serious consequences.
Nevertheless, the expedition members, being atheists, chose a different route during their ascent. They certainly faced numerous difficulties and dangers along the way. Four of them died during the journey. Even more astonishingly, according to the memories of the survivors, their bodies aged much faster than usual, with hair and nails growing quickly, and wrinkles and spots appearing on their skin.
As they approached the pyramids, strange phenomena began to occur. Everyone’s watches malfunctioned, and communication devices experienced severe disruptions, as if this were a portal leading to another world.
In different civilizations, the roles and meanings of pyramids also differ.
In addition to the main pyramid, several mysterious images can often be seen, so real that many consider them as gateways to parallel worlds. Perhaps what these images represent is not an unknown world but what could occur at some point in the future.
Just like those who climbed the Great Pyramid of Khufu and fell to their deaths, there may be mysterious forces hidden within each pyramid that prevent humans from getting closer and revealing its secrets.
Additionally, archaeologists have discovered a surprising coincidence. The height of Mount Kailash changes each year, averaging around 6,666 meters; the distance from Stonehenge to Mount Kailash is 6,666 kilometers, while Kailash is also approximately the same distance from the North Pole – 6,666 kilometers. Furthermore, the distance from Kailash to Antarctica is exactly double that distance – 13,332 kilometers.
There are two famous pyramids in the world: The Pyramid of Mexico and the Great Pyramid of Khufu. Strangely, the distance between the Pyramid of Mexico and the Great Pyramid of Khufu is exactly three times the distance from the Great Pyramid of Khufu to Kailash. The distance from Kailash to Easter Island is exactly three times the length of Stonehenge.

Based on this theory, scientists have found many previously unexplored pyramid sites. If we consider all of these coincidences as mere random occurrences, then these coincidences are indeed peculiar.
Perhaps the ancients were not as backward as we think. They connected the entire world by constructing pyramids and using some form of technology to collectively explore the depths of the universe.
Currently, all reasoning remains mere speculation. Perhaps it is only when technology advances to the point where we can travel through time and space and return to the past that we will finally obtain real answers.
As a symbol of human civilization, the mystery of pyramids remains partially unveiled. They remind us that despite rapid advancements in technology, the search for ancient wisdom is never-ending.
