The X-ray image of a duck revealed an object resembling an extraterrestrial face within its intestines.
Staff at the International Bird Rescue Center in Fairfield, California, USA, captured the image on May 21 while treating a mallard duck with a broken wing. They were astonished by what they saw: a head staring back at them from inside the bird’s gizzard.

“Our organization has been operating for 35 years, and we have encountered many things, from bullets to hooks…, but this is the first time something like this has emerged</em," said Jay Holcomb, the organization's executive director.
The center’s experts are also uncertain about what caused this bizarre image. Holcomb speculated that it could be due to the accumulation of food particles in the duck’s digestive system.
This explanation seems more plausible since the duck died from its injuries shortly after the photo was taken. An autopsy revealed the particles in the animal’s stomach along with a few other items.
