A Bosnian archaeologist named Semir Osmanagic has announced the discovery of an ancient structure on a hill in Herzegovina, Bosnia, which he believes could be the remnants of an ancient pyramid.
Professor Aly Abd Alla Barakata, an archaeologist from the Egyptian Mineral and Fuel Authority, has been invited to verify the site. Professor Barakata is the first foreign expert to visit Bosnia at Osmanagic’s invitation. According to Barakata, this could potentially be a form of an ancient pyramid.
The argument for the existence of an ancient pyramid in Bosnia was initially met with fierce opposition from local archaeologists. Twenty-two Bosnian archaeologists even signed a report claiming that Osmanagic is an amateur and that the structure on the aforementioned hill is simply a natural mound. There are no historical records in the region mentioning the development of pyramids.
However, according to Professor Barakata, this is definitely not a product of nature and it could indeed be an ancient pyramid. He is currently conducting tests to accurately determine the age of this ancient structure. He has also requested additional Egyptian archaeology experts to assist him in this verification process.
If this is indeed the case, the history of humanity may need to be rewritten.
