Rama Rao, 37, faced the consequences of his foolishness when he played with a live crab to show off in front of his friends. This humorous scene was captured in Tamil Nadu, southern India.
Reportedly, Rao bought the live crab at the market and decided to fool around with it before turning it into dinner.
In front of his friends, he posed with the crab, holding it up and then teasing it by licking its claws. Initially, the crab seemed indifferent to Rao’s antics. Seeing this, he became more daring, wiggling his tongue and poking at the crab’s strong pincers.
As soon as it had the chance, the crab clamped down on Rao’s tongue.
However, just seconds later, Rao paid the price for his reckless behavior. The crab seized the opportunity and clamped down hard on Rao’s tongue, causing him pain. Immediately, his friends rushed over, trying to pry the crab off while ensuring it didn’t injure Rao’s tongue further.
Fortunately, they managed to rescue him in time, so Rao did not lose his tongue to the crab. Although freed from the terrifying pincers, he was still in considerable pain and unable to enjoy his dinner.
This incident clearly illustrates that due to his foolishness, Rao went from wanting to show off to becoming the laughingstock of his friends. This is likely a lesson he will remember for a lifetime as someone who enjoys displaying bravado.
