The video has sparked a debate about the existence of extraterrestrials and whether they are “silently” observing us without anyone knowing.
The clip, recorded by witness Xan Bernardo on October 8 while observing with night vision binoculars, shows a large orb hovering in the night sky above the city of Azpeitia, Spain.
The movement of the unidentified object was clearly visible in infrared as it gently swayed from side to side over rooftops before plunging down to the ground at high speed and disappearing from view.
After being shared on forums about UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects), the clip quickly gained traction with supporters of conspiracy theories regarding the existence of aliens.
“This orb cannot be seen with the naked eye. It was captured using night vision,” Bernardo recounted. “I just saw this thing hovering and then suddenly it shot straight down.”
“To me, this is not the behavior of any normal object on Earth, even if it were military. Perhaps we have discovered a UFO,” one comment stated.
Famous UFO analyst Scott C. Waring also made a surprising statement that this UFO is evidence that “aliens are watching us.”

Not long ago, a black spherical UFO was also spotted hovering over two locations in the United States, including one near Area 51 – a highly classified military base in the U.S. on October 4.
“It’s unclear what that was, but I know it wasn’t a plane or a helicopter. It also didn’t resemble any drone I’ve ever seen,” one witness reported.
