Many social media platforms and some news outlets in Vietnam have shared information about a concert performed by a robot singer in Silicon Valley, USA, which was promoted as “sold out.”
Recently, Facebook has been buzzing with news about a special concert featuring a robot singer, a product of the startup TechFusion Dynamics. The concert was said to take place in Silicon Valley and was reported to be sold out. Several Vietnamese news outlets have also published information about this “special event”.
However, the website Factcheck.uz has thoroughly examined the details and pointed out that the aforementioned news is false, as no such concert actually took place.
Factcheck confirms that there was no concert of the robot singer in reality. (Source: Factcheck.uz).
According to previously circulated information, a large audience attended the performance held at a stadium in Silicon Valley, where the robot singer showcased impressive vocal abilities and improvisation on stage.
The false information also included claims from celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Zuckerberg, alongside several experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, verification activities revealed that none of them ever attended a concert performed by the mentioned robot singer or made similar statements.
“The news is completely fabricated, and users are victims of misinformation,” Factcheck.uz asserted.
According to Factcheck.uz, TechFusion Dynamics is a fictitious company that does not exist in reality. There is no evidence in real life of this company or its achievements.
It is known that the fake news claimed the robot singer used an Apple M3 Pro chip to create music in real-time. However, this information is not accurate, as the M3 chip is not designed for such tasks.
The concert was supposedly held in Silicon Valley, but verification found that no stadium hosted such an event.
According to Factcheck.uz, the information about the “performance by the robot singer of TechFusion Dynamics” illustrates how quickly fake news can spread and easily deceive people.
“It is important for readers to be cautious and evaluate information seriously to avoid falling victim to the tactics of false news promoters and contributing to the spread of misinformation,” Factcheck.uz commented.
