Time travel has fascinated humanity for centuries, sparking countless mysteries that intrigue scientists.
While the world is filled with mysterious and thrilling stories of individuals falling into time holes, akin to the legend of Từ Thức meeting a fairy, there are also accounts of those who claim to have the ability to move through time to reach the future…
The brilliant physicist Stephen Hawking believed that “black holes” could enable time travel, and even Einstein’s theory of relativity suggests that such capabilities may exist for humans.
Winning 126 Consecutive Stock Trades Thanks to… Coming from the Future
A peculiar case is that of Andrew Carlssin, a time traveler who arrived on Earth from the year 2256.
In 2003, Carlssin was investigated by the FBI on suspicion of stock fraud. According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, it was unclear how Carlssin’s account had skyrocketed from $800 to $350 million in just two weeks.

Carlssin invested in high-risk stock trades and miraculously won all 126 trades without making a single mistake, while major players on Wall Street suffered significant losses due to market fluctuations. His extraordinary profits raised suspicions among stock traders that something was amiss with Carlssin.

After four hours of interrogation, Carlssin confessed that he was from 2256 and had “foreseen” market fluctuations to make his investments. To prove his time travel, he accurately predicted the date of the Iraq invasion and revealed information about the hiding place of terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden and a method for treating AIDS. His only demand was to be released so he could return to his time machine.
When asked about the location of his time machine, Carlssin refused to provide details, fearing the technology could fall into the wrong hands. The FBI found his story credible since they could not trace any information about Carlssin prior to 2002, suggesting he had never existed before that time.
However, shortly after, both the story and existence of Andrew Carlssin mysteriously vanished from the media, with no outlets ever mentioning it again. Our vast universe holds countless mysteries that remain unexplained by scientists to this day.
A Traveler from the Future Over 800 Years Ahead
While Andrew Carlssin represents a traveler from the future, Al Bielek, an American born in 1927, presents a different case as he claims to have journeyed over 800 years into the future.
Bielek asserts that he participated in several research projects for the U.S. military. In 1943, he was involved in a now-famous experiment known as the Philadelphia Experiment.

This experiment aimed to make the USS Eldridge warship capable of “instantaneous teleportation,” moving from one location to a distant one. During the first test, the ship did teleport, but several crew members fell ill.
In the second test, disaster struck with many sailors either dying or experiencing severe mental issues as a result of the teleportation. Details of the project have remained classified.
According to Al Bielek, these effects were due to biological consequences on the participants. He claims that he could not remember what happened until over 40 years later, in January 1988, when he accidentally watched a film based on the Philadelphia Experiment that triggered his memories, prompting him to share his experiences. Bielek’s story is not only captivating but has also been corroborated by various real-world events that later unfolded.
Bielek stated that he lived in the future for over two years, specifically spending six weeks in 2173 and two years in 2749-2750.
He also described geographical changes on Earth during that time, including rising sea levels that altered the coastlines of America and Europe. Florida had sunk underwater, leaving only a narrow strip of land, while Atlanta, Georgia was reduced to just 3 kilometers of land. The Mississippi River had transformed into an inland waterway, and the Great Lakes had become a massive lake. By 2749, people lived in airborne cities that were not fixed and could move anywhere in the world.
Does Time Really Exist?
In ancient times, when religion held significant sway, many renowned scientists offered profound insights into the concept of time, suggesting that beyond human perception of time lies another realm where one could simultaneously view the past, present, and future.
Today, the general human perspective on time is that it is a continuous flow from past to present to future, with events occurring in an irreversible sequence. The existence of time seems obvious, flowing unidirectionally.
However, within the realm of physics, some theorists argue that time does not actually exist; it is merely a product formed during life, redefined in human consciousness. This is evidenced by the perception that time spent with loved ones seems too short, while waiting for someone or something can feel incredibly long.

The reality is that time does not flow or pass; it simply exists. Yesterday remains yesterday, tomorrow remains tomorrow, a constant state rather than a flow as we commonly perceive. As Einstein famously stated: “The distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), one of the world’s leading institutions in technology, held a physics conference inviting anyone claiming to come from the future, demonstrating that this technological giant also has ideas for researching time travel capabilities. Don’t forget that in the past, both Einstein and later Hawking, two of the most distinguished physicists of all time, believed that time travel was possible for humans.
In the mid-20th century, two renowned American theoretical physicists, John Archibald Wheeler (1911 – 2008) and Bryce Dewitt (1923 – 2004), studied black holes and proposed a formula known as the “Wheeler-DeWitt equation” to show that time exists in a completely different manner, although unfortunately, scientists of that era did not accept it. Meanwhile, in Geneva, Switzerland, CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) conducted experiments to create small black holes that could potentially be used for time travel.

Most recently, Dr. Ronald Mallet, born in 1945, a theoretical physics professor and academician at the University of Connecticut, has utilized Einstein’s formulas and his knowledge of laser beams to create a time machine. He predicts that humanity could create machines for time travel within the next decade.
Ten years isn’t too long; we will wait to see what happens.
