However, Time Out is ready to suggest destinations to visit after the pandemic by announcing the 10 most interesting streets in the world for 2021. Topping the list is Smith Street (photo) in Melbourne, Australia – a bustling destination known for its LGBT-friendly shops and bars.
2. Passeig de Sant Joan, Barcelona, Spain

In second place is Passeig de Sant Joan in Barcelona, Spain. While it may not be as famous as Las Ramblas (also in Barcelona), it is considered one of the city’s first green corridors. It features a bike lane, wide sidewalks, beautiful trees, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Taking the third spot is South Bank, the bustling riverside road along the Thames, home to the National Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. This pedestrian walkway is also known for its stunning views of St. Paul’s Cathedral across the river.
