Depending on individual immunity and constitution, along with the effects of the third vaccine dose, most individuals infected with Covid-19 (F0) currently have a quicker recovery time. However, post-Covid-19 symptoms can still have long-lasting effects after the virus is gone, impacting both the physical condition and mental state of the patient. The impact can be mitigated, and post-Covid-19 immunity can be enhanced through dietary choices. There are certain foods that should be avoided during the recovery phase when the body is still sensitive.

1. Coffee, energy drinks, green tea, milk tea (caffeinated beverages) – These drinks can increase heart rate, exacerbate feelings of nervousness, anxiety, restlessness, rapid heartbeat, and insomnia.
It is advisable to limit salty foods and those high in sodium.
2. Limit salty foods and those high in sodium such as processed meats, sausages, canned goods, seafood, dried foods, and pickled items.
3. Animal organs and brain – These foods are high in bad cholesterol, which can raise blood pressure and affect cardiovascular health.
4. Carbonated drinks, especially should not be consumed during meals – They can stimulate inflammatory immune responses, increasing the risk of severe illness.
