1. The Man with the Big Hands – Real-Life Popeye
Jeff Dabe from Minnesota, USA has a forearm circumference of 50.8 cm. He earned the nickname ‘Popeye’ in high school after one of his coaches took him to a local charity event to compete in an arm wrestling title.
“I beat all the kids and then all the adults,” Jeff Dabe explained. After an injury to his right elbow, Jeff had to give up arm wrestling. He returned to the sport about 10 years ago, using his left arm.
2. The Tallest Man on Earth
The Guinness World Records recognizes Sultan Kösen as the tallest man in the world, standing at 2.51 meters tall. He is Turkish. Sultan Kösen’s extraordinary height is due to a tumor affecting his pituitary gland. With such towering stature, he must use two crutches to move around more easily.
3. The Man Born Without Legs
Zion Clark was born in Columbus, Ohio, USA in 1997. Since birth, this young man has had an extremely rare syndrome that prevented the development of his lower body; in other words, he is a congenital amputee.
4. The Man with the Most Facial Piercings
Tattoos and horns are already interesting, but the number of piercings on Rolf Buchholz is truly staggering. It’s as if he is addicted to them. He indeed has more piercings than anyone else on the planet.
Guinness World Record holder Rolf Buchholz has over 450 piercings on his body, with more than half located in his genital area. Notably, Rolf even has a tattoo on his eyeball.
The German man says: “I do this not to be recorded in history. I modify my body for myself. I like the change. I think it’s cool. So, I just keep doing it.”
5. The Conjoined Twins
Since their birth on March 7, 1990, conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have been the subject of much media attention. The duo, who are dicephalic parapagus twins (having two heads on one body), first appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in April 1996.
Unlike other conjoined twins who can be separated through surgery, Abby and Brittany’s parents decided against the operation after learning that both girls would not survive the procedure.
6. The Hairiest Man
Yu Zhenhuan, from China, is recognized as the hairiest man in the world. 96% of his body is covered with a thick layer of black hair. The only places he does not have hair are the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet.
7. The Largest Buttocks in the World
Mikel Ruffinelli, 39, from Los Angeles, USA – a mother of four – has become the woman with the largest buttocks in the world, measuring 8 feet (2.4 meters), while her waist is only 102 cm. Mikel takes great pride in her appearance and to maintain this “perfect” condition, she follows a diet of 3,000 calories a day.

Michel Lotito is known by the title Monsieur Mangetout (Mr. Eat-It-All) for his ability to eat anything, from bicycles, razors, plastics, to glass… His most extravagant meal was a… plane.
