into the computer, you will be prompted to enter your password or scan your fingerprint. You can choose either method to unlock your drive. If not authenticated by a password or fingerprint, the contents of your USB Flashdrive will be completely “invisible” to everyone.
After logging in, the control window of the FP1 appears as follows:
– IE AutoLogin: This utility will help you automatically fill in your username and password on websites that require login. You no longer need to remember each password for different websites, as the program will save it for you. First, use Internet Explorer to open the webpage where you need to remember the password (for example, http://mail.yahoo.com), fill in your Yahoo ID and Password. Then, call the program window from the system tray, select IE AutoLogin > Save ID and Password. The next time you visit this page, the program will autofill your ID and password for you, which is very convenient.
– My Favorites: You can synchronize your computer’s Favorites with the Flashdrive’s Favorites, allowing you to always carry your favorite addresses with you.
– FlashMail: A simple POP3 mail checking utility that helps you check your email anytime, anywhere. You can set it up to manage emails from multiple inboxes, and importantly, all downloaded emails will be saved on your Flashdrive instead of your computer’s hard drive. This is very useful, as it protects your emails from the prying eyes of shared computer users.
– User Settings: This section allows you to change your password or fingerprint protection settings.
– Explorer it: Opens a Windows Explorer window to “explore” the contents of your Flashdrive.
