According to Newsflare, local residents watched in horror as a seagull became ensnared in a streetlight, desperately attempting to free itself.
The footage of the incident, which occurred near Blackpool Promenade in the UK, shows the bird hanging by its foot on a newly installed lamp post. The unfortunate creature was later taken to a local rescue center after a worker managed to bring it down. The seagull had one foot that was “severed.”
The person who helped care for the bird remarked that the new streetlight resembled a razor blade in the sky, posing a deadly trap for wildlife!
