Astonishing footage captures the moment a mouse bravely fights off two birds after being attacked on a street.
According to Newsflare, 65-year-old Sharon Dring recorded the dramatic battle between the rodent and the birds outside her home in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, on Friday (November 11). The brave brown mouse leapt into the air and bared its teeth in retaliation, despite being overwhelmed by the birds as they swooped down to attack.
The black-and-white birds can be seen flapping their wings and hopping back as they attempted to surround and peck at the mouse. Sharon stated that the mouse stood its ground and “fought for its life” as it charged at both foes, trying to avoid their painful bites. Remarkably, the mouse ultimately emerged victorious after a battle lasting several minutes when the birds gave up and flew away.

Sharon added: “My husband came home during his lunch break and said, ‘Come outside and see this.’ I stepped outside and saw the birds and a mouse fighting. I had never seen a mouse and birds fight before. I wondered if I was witnessing something rare. So, I recorded it on video. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing in the neighborhood. The birds were pecking at the mouse, and then the mouse turned around and charged at both birds…”.
