According to research results from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), the Smithsonian National Zoo, and the Tiger Conservation Fund, 76 areas have been identified as the best conditions for the survival and development of tiger populations.
The largest tiger conservation area is located in the Far East region of Russia and India. The research team is committed to supporting the 13 countries that are home to tiger populations (including Vietnam) and believes that the heads of government in these nations should collectively organize a “Tiger Summit” to enhance tiger conservation efforts within national action programs.
