The U.S. Military Holds Extensive Evidence on UFOs
Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are defined as observable phenomena that cannot be identified or explained regarding their origin.
While many scientific organizations around the world attribute UFOs to unusual natural phenomena, military organizations consider them a “threat”, potentially originating from other civilizations.
Are UFOs real?
In an article published on the government website The Black Vault, a spokesperson for the U.S. Navy confirmed that they possess significant evidence in the form of videos showing the existence of UFOs—or UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) as termed by the military.
However, unfortunately, these videos cannot be widely released due to the U.S. concern that it may “harm national security.”
Gregory Cason, Deputy Director of the FOIA Office of the U.S. Navy, explained that disclosing this information could provide enemies with valuable insights regarding the operations of the Department of Defense, the Navy, vulnerabilities, and security systems.
This reminds us of a revelation by Dr. Robert Jacobs, a former U.S. Air Force lieutenant in October 2021, when he claimed: “Evidence of UFOs has been covered up for nearly two decades.”
In shared information, Jacobs revealed that he was instructed to keep the information secret at all costs. Ultimately, he followed this order for 17 years.

Eventually, the former Air Force lieutenant felt he could no longer remain silent and acknowledged that the U.S. used various means to cover up evidence of UFO existence.
“These are some of the most significant events in human history and should not be kept secret,” Jacobs stated at the time.
Unexplained Mysteries?
As of now, only three videos of UFOs have been released by the U.S. Navy in April 2020, and these are all phenomena that remain unexplained. Previously, several videos had been leaked to the media and widely discussed in the public domain.
It is undeniable that the U.S. takes the potential threat from UAP very seriously. In May 2022, the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) even held its first public hearing on UFOs since the 1960s.
The hearing primarily discussed a Pentagon report released in June 2021, revealing that U.S. pilots had seen UAP a total of 144 times since 2004. However, the outcome of the hearing did not meet expectations, and many major questions such as: “Where do UFOs originate?” “Could they be from an extraterrestrial civilization?” remain unanswered.

Luis Elizondo, a former Pentagon intelligence officer, stated that some UFOs are entirely irrational and exceed human technological limits. Faced with the evident proof, he suggested that it is not out of the question that these flying objects have been present on Earth for a long time, even before humans ever appeared.
Elizondo hypothesized that Earth, with its nearly infinite supply of water, could serve as a “fuel stop” for planets in the galaxy, unbeknownst to humans.
Ash Ellis, a conspiracy theorist and owner of the site UFO Identified, which specializes in posting stories and reports about UFOs, also suggested that there must be some reason why military bases often become hotspots for UFO sightings.
“History shows that UFOs are often seen around military bases or nuclear facilities. Therefore, if they are conducting a ‘reconnaissance’ visit, they may be particularly interested in our weapons and technology,” Ellis speculated.
However, Ellis also noted that UFOs do not necessarily mean spacecraft from aliens; they could be anything not yet identified.
Unidentified flying objects, or UFOs (short for unidentified flying object in English) refer to objects or visual phenomena appearing in the sky that cannot be identified, even after extensive study by many individuals. While many objects have been mistaken for UFOs, such as natural phenomena like lightning, meteor falls, experimental aircraft, or balloons, GEIPAN—the French UFO research group—has found that up to 3.5% of reported UFO sightings remain unexplained to this day. |
