In a self-recorded video taken while flying, Emma Bryan, a 20-year-old pilot, demonstrated how G-forces can make a person’s face “age” in an instant.

Emma Bryan filmed the segment while piloting an Extra 300 aircraft in February, accompanied by her flight instructor.

The video reveals that under the influence of acceleration generating a force of 9.5 Gs, Emma’s face distorts as if aging by as much as “5 decades.”
