Solution: Cultivate a habit of positive thinking. It’s best to find solutions instead of sitting idle and worrying. When everything is laid bare, you will understand the roots of your worries and won’t feel burdened anymore.
To achieve this, decisively dismiss any negative thoughts that lack basis and clarity as soon as they enter your mind.
Stay Organized
Your workspace is cluttered with papers, office supplies, food, and sometimes even trash… In the kitchen, the sink is overflowing with pots, plates, and plastic bags. In the bathroom, dirty clothes are piling up on the hook, giving off a musty smell after days without washing. Stress is inevitable!

Eat Well
After a day of work, from around 4:30 PM onwards, you face new pressures: kids coming home from school, preparing dinner for the family, tidying up the house… Rushing and eating hastily without the necessary nutrients will drain your energy.
Solution: Plan to reduce your workload during this time. You can share responsibilities with your spouse or family members. Additionally, help your kids understand that they need to assist their parents and be more responsible for the family.
When the kids are home, take about 30 minutes to stop working and spend this time guiding them on simple tasks appropriate to their age and ability. Later, while they’re working, you can sneak in a light snack like chocolate or chips. This not only serves as a treat but also replenishes your energy.
