Attacus atlas has a wingspan of up to 30cm
Recent news reports indicate that several individuals of the Attacus atlas have been accidentally discovered by residents in provinces such as Soc Trang, Binh Duong, Binh Thuan, Hai Duong, Binh Dinh, Quang Nam, and Nghe An.
In nature, the habitat of the Attacus atlas is increasingly being reduced, partly due to the impact of chemical pesticides commonly used on crops.
