With incredible hunting abilities, crocodiles can take down antelopes with just one strike.
In the clip, an antelope is drinking water at a swamp. Upon spotting its prey, the crocodile slowly approaches.
When the opportunity arises, the swamp predator leaps out of the water, dragging its prey down.
However, the antelope remains alert enough to recognize the threat. It quickly stops drinking and makes a hasty retreat. Missing its chance, the crocodile lies in wait until a smaller antelope appears.
When the moment is right, the swamp predator lunges out of the water, biting the antelope’s leg and pulling it underwater. At the same time, another crocodile appears, and both quickly enjoy their freshly caught meal.
Crocodiles are among the most dangerous predators in nature. With their strength and skills, they can attack any animal drinking water or swimming near rivers and swamps.
They may seem slow, but crocodiles are surprisingly agile over short distances, even outside of water. They possess extremely powerful jaws and sharp teeth designed for tearing flesh.
