The Death Valley in the Kunlun Mountains, also known as Kunlun Death Valley (Narin Gol Canyon), has many legends that instill great fear in anyone who hears them.
Among them is a story that occurred in 1983. At that time, a shepherd was grazing his horses in this area, but no one saw him come out.
Local residents quickly gathered to search for him. Eventually, they discovered the shepherd dead, in torn clothing, with a face full of fear. Since then, no one dared to enter this mountain anymore; they believed that it was haunted, which explained the strange occurrences.
