Russian Scientists Propose Turning Ordinary Turtles into Spy Turtles Using Remote Control
A. Burikov, Head of the Biology Department at Rostov State Pedagogical University, has revealed a groundbreaking method to transform regular turtles into spy agents. By attaching sensors to the turtle’s shell, he can remotely stimulate the turtle to feel vibrations, thereby training it to change direction at will. A miniature camera is also affixed to the turtle’s shell, allowing it to capture essential images. The researcher suggests that these turtles could be employed in defense for dangerous tasks such as installing recording devices or planting explosives. Additionally, they could serve non-military purposes like monitoring wildlife populations.
