The beautiful contestants who achieve high rankings in the world’s first artificial intelligence (AI) beauty pageant will receive prizes worth over $20,000.
According to the New York Post, Fanvue – the only social media platform that integrates messaging and voice notes using AI technology – has announced the upcoming “Miss AI” beauty contest, scheduled for May. “Miss AI” is the first beauty competition in the world for contestants who are AI creations.
AI beauties will be judged on their appearance, response to questions, and public influence.
“Contestants will be evaluated based on their beauty, technology, and influence for a chance to win the highest crown. Each judge will utilize their expertise to assess contestants in three core categories,” stated Fanvue’s announcement.
The competition is part of the World AI Creator Awards (WAICA), which aims to honor AI content creators globally. The judging panel includes real individuals, such as veteran judge Sally-Ann Fawcett, as well as influential AI models like supermodels Aitana Lopez and Emily Pellegrini.
Aitana Lopez is a 25-year-old “virtual” model with pink hair who has over 306,000 followers on Instagram. This model earns more than $11,000 each month through extremely engaging posts on social media platforms. Meanwhile, Pellegrini – the captivating brown-haired creation of Fanvue’s creators – has also earned $10,000 in the first six weeks since her debut.

The first AI beauty winner will receive a grand prize of $13,000, which includes a $5,000 check, a $3,000 scholarship, and $5,000 in public relations support. The first and second runners-up will receive $5,000 and $2,000, respectively. AI creators must be at least 18 years old to participate.
In addition to the physical appearance and question-answer segments, the public influence of the AI beauties will also be evaluated.
“The social influence of AI beauties will be assessed based on their interaction levels with fans, audience engagement rates, and their use of other platforms such as Instagram,” Fanvue declared.
Fanvue’s beauty pageant has generated anticipation after Spanish AI host Alba Renai created a sensation among viewers. She became the special host for the popular show “Survivor.”
However, the creators of Renai emphasize that this AI host is not designed to replace any jobs.
“Human talent is irreplaceable, and we do not intend to do so,” asserted Luis Movilla, the person behind the development of Renai.
