The footage, filmed in Eccles, Greater Manchester, England, shows a cat named Eddie humorously mistaking the squirrel on the computer screen for a real one.

“Family Photographer” captured the moment when the confused cat fell to the floor while trying to attack the squirrel on the computer screen.
While watching a video of a squirrel eating a nut on its owner’s computer, Eddie suddenly started tapping the screen repeatedly with its paw, believing it was a real squirrel.
It attempted to pounce on the squirrel, struggling to catch it but ultimately failed, causing it to slip and fall to the floor.
Bonnie Collier, 17, the owner of the cat, stated that Eddie was not injured during the humorous incident, which shocked the entire family.
“As soon as we saw the cat behaving strangely, we were surprised. After realizing it wasn’t hurt, we all burst into laughter. Every time we watch the video again, we can’t stop laughing,” said Bonnie Collier.
Bonnie has a habit of playing wildlife videos as a screensaver on her computer. Normally, Eddie just sits in front of the screen and watches intently for hours. Bonnie shared the video on social media, and it quickly gained thousands of views.
