Images captured by witnesses showed a massive water column erupting high into the air, submerging many areas of the city and even flooding directly into a home, causing significant property damage.
Charleen Noelle Richey, a witness, shared with Storyful her terrifying moment as she witnessed the incident: “While I was on my way home, I was shocked to see a huge wall of water suddenly appear, spraying water into the air. It was truly a frightening sight.”
