Mary was busy cooking when she heard a knock at the door. She rushed out to open it. A young man bowed politely and asked:

Startled by the unexpected question, Mary was taken aback for a moment. Once she regained her composure, she slammed the door shut angrily without answering.
The next day, there was another knock at the door. It was the same young man with the same old question. Mary closed the door without saying a word.
This situation continued for an entire week. Unable to endure it any longer, Mary decided to tell her husband. The following day, John, Mary’s husband, hid behind the door when he heard a knock. Mary opened the door:

Sure that her husband was behind the door, Mary proudly replied:
