The ancient book in Egypt known as the Tulli Papyrus is one of the rare ancient texts that describes in detail a UFO sighting around the pyramids.
Egypt is an ancient civilization with a rich culture and many unique architectural structures, such as the pyramids, according to Ancient Origins. However, a lesser-known strange story is the Tulli Papyrus, a text that details the appearance of a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) of gigantic size, which occurred during the reign of Pharaoh Thutmosis III in 1480 BC.

In 1933, Alberto Tulli, the director of the Egyptian section at the Vatican Museum, discovered a unique papyrus scroll in an antique shop in Cairo, Egypt. However, due to its high price, Tulli decided to only make a copy of it in hieroglyphs. For many UFO researchers, this represents undeniable evidence of extraterrestrial existence.
Although the ancient papyrus is heavily damaged and has several holes, Italian Egyptologist Prince Boris de Rachewiltz translated it and claimed the book to be a historical record from the reign of Pharaoh Thutmosis III, even though it does not mention the Pharaoh’s name.
This has complicated the ancient text about UFOs and raised many questions.

The translation by Egyptologist Prince Boris de Rachewiltz includes the following excerpt:
“In the 22nd year, during the third month of winter, at the sixth hour of the day, one of the historians (the recorders of history) of the book ‘The House of Life’ discovered a strange fire disk approaching from the sky.
It had no head, was approximately 5 meters long and wide, and emitted a foul odor from its mouth. It did not have a voice and approached the house of the king.
After several days, they appeared in the sky more than ever. They shone brighter than the sunlight and expanded in all directions. The soldiers and the king observed.
After dinner, these disks flew high in the southern sky. Fish and many strange objects fell from the sky, an anomaly that had never occurred since the founding of the country.
The king ordered incense to be offered to soothe the heart of Amun-Re, the god of the two lands (i.e., Upper and Lower Egypt), and decreed that this event must be recorded in the chronicles of the book ‘The House of Life’ forever.”
The Tulli Papyrus remains a mystery to many researchers. Particularly striking is the detail that after the UFO fleet departed, fish and strange objects suddenly fell from the sky, a phenomenon unprecedented in ancient Egypt (considering the time of the chronicle recording).
Many believe that this translation is merely a product of Rachewiltz’s interpretation, and thus they hope to find the original lost Tulli book to unravel the bizarre mystery of UFOs in the world of ancient Egypt.
In addition to the ancient Tulli Papyrus discussing the connection between UFOs and events in the land of the pyramids, a similar event occurred in 2015 that attracted widespread media attention.
Specifically, numerous international news outlets reported a UFO shaped like a bronze pyramid appearing in the skies over São Paulo, Brazil.

The aforementioned UFO was captured by a Nikon P600 camera with a zoom of up to 60 times, so its actual size may be quite small, comparable to a pigeon, according to UFO Sightings Daily.
Additionally, UFO researcher Scott Waring from UFO Sightings Daily confirmed that this was not the first time a pyramid-shaped UFO had appeared in the skies. He pointed out that on October 5, 1996, a pilot flying over the city of Pelotas, also in Brazil, witnessed and circled around a strange pyramid-shaped object resembling the aforementioned UFO.
However, some people speculate that the UFO could merely be a balloon or some sort of prank. The police were also informed of this case, but they did not provide any comments.
