There is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusts during thunderstorms. Minimum temperatures will be between 20-23 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures may reach 28-31 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 31 degrees Celsius.
The Southern region will experience scattered rain and thunderstorms today, particularly in the evening and at night. Winds will be light. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusts. Minimum temperatures will range from 23-26 degrees Celsius, with maximum temperatures between 31-34 degrees Celsius.
Additionally, at sea, due to the influence of Typhoon No. 5 combined with cold air, the Gulf of Tonkin (including Co To and Bach Long Vi Islands) will continue to experience strong winds at levels 6-7, with areas near the typhoon’s center experiencing winds at levels 8-9, gusting up to level 11. The sea will be very rough, with wave heights of 2-4 meters.
From October 21, the northern part of the North East Sea will have northeast winds at level 6, occasionally reaching level 7, with gusts up to level 9, causing strong sea disturbances and wave heights of 2-4 meters.
