A video captures the bizarre moment when a sofa soared into the sky, leaving many viewers astonished.
According to The Sun, residents in Ankara, Turkey were left speechless as they witnessed a sofa fly past the balcony of a 35-story apartment building.
The unusual sight was recorded by Onur Kalmaz and shared on social media platform Twitter. He mentioned that while holding his phone and looking out of his apartment window on Wednesday (May 17), hoping to check on his car, he noticed the furniture flying. The video shows the sofa exiting a high-rise building, colliding with several structures in the area before landing in a garden.
Kalmaz also reported that no one was injured in the incident.

This strange occurrence took place while Turkey was being battered by storms, with winds reaching speeds of 80 km/h (approximately 50 mph). The severe storm caused chaos throughout the country, damaging numerous buildings.
In Ankara, gusty winds blew off rooftops, uprooted trees, and resulted in at least one injury.
The Mayor of Ankara, Mansur Yavas, took to social media to warn residents to be cautious amidst the storms that posed a risk of flash flooding.
