Professor Alexander Abian (USA) claims that the moon is the culprit behind natural disasters and extreme weather. He argues that if it were destroyed, the climate would become milder, and deserts would gradually transform into fertile lands. This idea has been deemed absurd and unreasonable by scientists.
“Destroying the moon is the only way to free Earth from its scorching deserts and frigid winters,” says Professor of Mathematics Alexander Abian from the University of Iowa. His proposal has left fellow scientists utterly astonished:

Abian suggests destroying or at least moving the moon farther away from Earth to create a more pleasant orbit for our planet. The proposed method involves placing hydrogen bombs at precisely calculated locations on the moon to create a powerful explosion. This could potentially shatter the moon into millions of meteors or at least push it off its orbital path.
In support of his proposal, Professor Abian argues that Earth has been “imprisoned” by the moon for too long. He considers it the cause of natural disasters and extreme weather patterns. With the moon’s destruction, Earth’s climate would become milder, deserts would gradually turn into fertile regions, and the polar areas could become habitable for humans.
This idea, however, has not received any support from his colleagues. They argue that the absence of the moon would mean no tides, which would severely impact the lives of many marine species and human ocean activities.
Moreover, without the moon and with rising temperatures at the polar regions, melting ice could submerge a large portion of the Earth’s surface. Not to mention, the lack of seasonal differences would devastate biodiversity. As British astronomer Patrick Moore put it, this is a ludicrous and unscientific idea, especially if the aim is to improve the climate.
