The Polar Bear is the largest land predator and the only carnivorous species in the bear family. Not only in the wild, but even a captive polar bear can be extremely dangerous.

Regardless of the environment, this animal can use its immense strength to tear apart a small creature like a human. However, a man living in Canada has turned the impossible into possible, treating death as a daily game.
Mark Dumas and his wife Dawn are animal trainers. To stand out, the Dumas family adopted a pet polar bear named Agee, weighing nearly 400 kg, to train it to become a star actor capable of participating in blockbuster films and well-funded advertising projects.
The bond between Agee and the family is demonstrated through hugs, affectionate kisses, and even swimming together in the pool. Through this special relationship, Mark has shown us that even wild animals, known as the most dangerous predators in nature, have their emotional and gentle sides.

Importantly, according to Mark, the key is not just bravery but also being true friends, a process that takes years, built on sincerity, trust, and of course, plenty of food.
Mark states that Agee has lived most of its life with him, even longer than the lifespan of a polar bear in the wild. Typically, in the wild, a polar bear lives an average of 15 to 20 years, but at the time of the interview, Agee was already 23 years old.

According to Mark, if kept in suitable captive conditions, a polar bear can live up to 30 to 35 years, and there have even been cases of polar bears living to 42 years. Throughout his time with Mark, Agee has always received the best care, not having to hunt or struggle for survival, and receives the best food from top pet food stores daily. Perhaps because of this comfortable life, Agee has gradually lost its predatory instincts and learned to become a true pet.
Agee enjoys its job; whenever Mark shows it footage of its recent performances, it displays clear excitement and eagerness. Outside of work, Agee enjoys life by playing in the snow.
When asked if he has ever been attacked by Agee, Mark revealed that it happened when Agee was still a cub; however, he considers this a natural part of raising a pet and does not see it as a big deal.
Explaining why he understands Agee so well, Mark shared that he has also been the owner of a grizzly bear named Billy, as well as deer, wolves, reindeer, and an old lion that has since passed away.
