A Bengal tiger (Scientific name: Panthera tigris tigris) attacked an Indian bison (Scientific name: Bos gaurus). Subsequently, another bison charged in to confront the Bengal tiger in an attempt to rescue its fellow.

The tiger had to retreat and even abandoned its victim due to the overwhelming force from its adversary. However, this turned out to be a miscalculated attack; instead of attacking the tiger, the bison inadvertently launched its struggling companion into the air!
The tossed bison landed right in front of the tiger, which provided the tiger with an opportunity to counterattack, as subduing a large prey like a bison requires significant effort. Ultimately, the bison became a meal for the mighty tiger.
