Hippos Have Long Been Known as the Most Aggressive and Bulky Animals in Africa.
Today, golf has become popular in many countries around the world and is often chosen by the super-rich as a leisure activity. Even in business dealings, wealthy entrepreneurs often bring their partners to the golf course to discuss matters.
More than just a sport for weekend outings with friends, golf is favored by the business community, serving as a venue to connect and nurture client and partner relationships.
According to some surveys, 97% of CEOs view playing golf as a way to establish close relationships; 92% use this sport to maintain connections; while 59% believe that to understand how someone behaves in business, you should observe them on the golf course…
Due to its high costs compared to other sports, golf has gradually become associated with wealth and status in the minds of many. Jaco Loxton, a 52-year-old accountant, is no exception. Rather than toiling away as he did in his youth, Jaco has turned to golf in his later years, when both fame and fortune are no longer the most important things, seeking to escape urban life.
On that day, he had a scheduled golf game with friends at Skukuza Golf Club in South Africa. While enjoying the fresh morning air with breakfast and a cup of coffee, two large hippos suddenly appeared from beneath the water. He quickly grabbed his camera to capture the moment of this encounter with the massive wild animals.
At that moment, the hippos were not simply relaxing in the water; instead, they exchanged “bullet-like” glares at each other. There seemed to be some tension between them, and it felt like a minor incident could ignite a full-blown conflict. And then, what was meant to happen did happen. Like a collision between two giant trucks on the highway, the two hippos charged at each other in a fierce battle. The sounds of roaring and splashing water with every movement of the hippos created an incredibly tense atmosphere of combat.

However, as usual, nature’s “director” did not allow the play to spiral out of control. One of the hippos, feeling satisfied with its morning workout, decided to withdraw. Without hesitation, the hippo ran towards a nearby dam and jumped into the water, splashing water everywhere into the bushes along the road. While it seemed brutal, it was beneficial for the ecosystem.
