A culinary artist from Jordan has created a luxurious handbag made from orange peels.
The incredibly luxurious handbag.
Omar Sartawi has amazed everyone with his unique creativity by employing a technique he calls “digital fabrication.”
Using fruit peels and laser technology as materials for creating the luxurious bag, Sartawi shared: “One of the projects I am currently working on is processing the peels of fruits and vegetables in new ways to use them as eco-friendly materials, transforming them into high-end brands. We can create stunning products with modern designs through available technology.”
Omar Sartawi took to Instagram to share images of the luxurious handbag along with some pictures of the product during its production process.
The bag was made in collaboration with Bahraini designer Noof AlShekar.
This collaboration on the handbag took a year of experimentation. In an Instagram post, Omar wrote: “After a year of trial and error, the orange peel bag has finally come together beautifully.”
Following Omar Sartawi’s sharing, many netizens expressed their admiration for his idea of using orange peels to create his designer bag.
Some social media users commented: “The design is very interesting.” Another wrote: “So creative and unique.”
